Absolutely.
It has become a substitute for certainly, yes, very much so, truly, indeed, without a doubt, yes, of course, undoubtedly, unquestionably, emphatically, unequivocally, yes, heartily, infinitely, assuredly, yes.
It kind of annoys me.
